Job Summary:

The Plumber will be responsible for ensuring that all plumbing systems are functioning correctly, efficiently, and up to code. This role involves working directly with clients to diagnose issues, provide solutions, and execute high-quality plumbing work.

Key Responsibilities:

Plumbing Installation and Repair:

  • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in residential and commercial properties.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues and determine the best course of action for repair or replacement.
  • Ensure all work is performed in compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations.

Customer Service:

  • Communicate effectively with clients to explain plumbing issues, solutions, and costs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Address any client concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.

Quality Assurance:

  • Adhere to high standards of workmanship and safety.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Plumber.
  • Proven experience in plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance.
  • Strong understanding of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
  • Effective communication and customer service abilities.
  • Proficiency in using plumbing tools and equipment.
